One system, not two
Where a rigid body and a rigid mind meet. We map your own holding pattern — the places you brace and the places you grip — and feel, directly, that they're the same thing wearing two faces.
As the body, so the mind.
As the mind, so the body.
You don't have a body problem and a mind problem — you have one problem.
They were never two systems. The rigidity in how you think and the holding you carry in your body are the same pattern, running in two places at once. Loosen one — and the other follows. That's what these four sessions do.
“When I was just in my body — there were no problems. I have to access thinking to feel my problems.”Participant · previous Get Moving cohort
Not "I'm too tense." Not "I overthink." Just the ordinary experience of a body that braces and a mind that grips — often without noticing they're the same thing.
Most approaches split you in half. Therapy and mindset work go after the mind. Stretching, mobility and bodywork go after the body. Each treats its half as if the other weren't in the room.
They're working on one system as if it were two.
Your nervous system doesn't make that distinction. A fixed belief and a braced muscle are the same event in two languages — held by the same architecture running beneath conscious choice, the part that's been keeping you safe long before you had opinions about it.
You can't stretch your way to an open mind. You can't think your way to an easy body. You work with the one system that runs both.
The flexibility is already in you. We're releasing what holds it fixed. This work is subtractive, not additive. The range you want arrives as a consequence — never as the thing you chase.
Gently. Precisely. Often surprisingly quickly.
This programme works with the single system that runs both. Each session releases one grip so the next can open. The work is experiential — your body is doing something while the conversation runs. The loosening continues after you log off.

Physical bracing keeps thinking fixed — freeze in the tissue shows up as loops in the head. We release the body, and watch stuck thoughts loosen on their own, without arguing with them.
Either/or thinking, old rules, the need for certainty — they live as tension long before you notice them as thoughts. Mental flexibility, felt as physical release: loosen the grip of the story and the body lets go with it.
Flexibility that only works at rest isn't flexibility. Staying open when life pushes — pressure, conflict, the unexpected — and carrying a supple body and a supple mind into how you actually move and choose, day to day.

Specific moments from previous live sessions — what people came with, what shifted, what they said in real time. The mechanism, not the marketing.
"We didn't identify what it was about. I don't know what it is. But trying to find it in my body — I don't find it."
"A pain pattern I've had for most of my adult life. I don't actually know if it's there anymore."
"When I was just in my body — there were no problems."
"They flattened out into a workable relationship. I realised — I was making the experience I was having. I have agency."
The flexibility is already in you. You don't need more range — you need less holding it fixed.
A system that's learned to stay supple under load meets whatever comes next — the next decision, the next pressure, the next thing you've been bracing against — with more give.
This is not a stretch. It's a release.
