Fight, flight, freeze — the oldest wiring in your nervous system. We work energetically with the charge that keeps the freeze response locked on, so the system can finally update.

Underneath the freeze: the raw biological impulse to move, reach, push, open. We free the movement energy your system has been intercepting for decades — and begin decoupling impulse from fear.

The Emotions Underneath
When impulses flow, emotions thaw. We let the held feelings — anger, grief, fear — complete the movement they were never allowed to finish. Emotion separated from story, from sensation, from action.

The Body Moves
Freeze cleared, impulses free, emotions flowing — the body does what it does: it moves. Physically, professionally, creatively, relationally. One capacity, many expressions. The cascade.
The stillness isn't laziness. It's intelligence — solving a problem that no longer exists.
